The stainless steel card sleeve joint has the characteristics of strong connection, high pressure resistance, temperature resistance, good sealing and repeatability, convenient installation and maintenance, safe and reliable work.
The fitting is composed of three parts: the fitting body, the fitting and the nut. When the sleeve and nut sleeve are inserted into the connector body on the steel pipe, the outer side of the front end of the sleeve fits the cone surface of the connector body when the nut is tightened, and the inner edge evenly bites into the seamless steel pipe to form an effective seal. It does not need welding when connected with steel pipe, which is conducive to fire prevention, explosion prevention and high altitude work, and can eliminate the disadvantages caused by careless welding. Can be used in vacuum and high pressure liquid systems. Can work at low temperature to ensure sealing. Clamp-sleeve fittings are permanently sealed at the highest rated temperature of the pipe. It can be disassembled repeatedly and sealed.
